  • With the help of basic fitness exercises, we classify your current physical condition.
  • Your tailor-made activity plan (grind plan) will be created based on the results of the analyses.
  • Under Example Grind-Plan you will find a sample of a grind plan.

 

Step 2: The Grinds

  • According to the created grind plan, we carry out each activity together in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Mind-Craft always supports, motivates and pushes you to the limit.
  • Together we break out of our comfort zone, thereby you are increasing your self-discipline and willpower.
  • By taking the path with the greatest resistance, you build self-confidence and mental strength to fight for your goals and overcome challenges.
  • Through our activities, you will learn not to give up in demanding situations, but to grit your teeth and to exploit your highest performance
  • There are three types of grinds: Go-Hard, Go-Crazy, Go-Insane.

 

Step 3: Check-Ups

  • In order to check to what extent you have come closer to your goals, we regularly carry out free check-ups.
  • We make your progress tangible and measure how you have developed towards the set goals.
