Mind-Craft defines this training as grinding: the performance of physically and mentally demanding activities. The bigger hurdles you overcome during our grinds, the greater progress you’ll make! The maximum focus of the grinds is on the following aspects:
- Breaking out of the daily comfort zone and acceptance of any type of discomfort
- Increasing self-discipline
- Strengthening willpower
- Identify your own performance and limits
- Promotion of one’s own performance capacity
