Go Hard - Grind
- Hour-based training according to the grind plan
- Examples of possible activities:
- “While they are sleeping…”: Intense workouts at night
- “Weather-resistant”: interval training in the heat, cold, rain, hail, etc.
- “Cold exposure”: Relaxing in the cold water
- Time frame:
- Duration: 1 hour (excl. travel time)
- Available on 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
- Requirement for sign-up:
- Completed analysis
Go Crazy - Grind
- Full-day session with a tailor-made program
- Examples of possible activities:
- “Path of Greatest Resistance”: Hike on unconventional hiking routes, under special conditions
- “Sprint to the top”: Under time pressure to the mountain summit – on foot and/or by bike
- “Living Statue”: The mastery of self-discipline – Standing still for hours
- Time frame:
- Duration: between 6 and 24 hours (excl. travel time)
- Available on weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
- Requirement for sign-up:

Go Insane - Grind
- Weekend sessions with a tailor-made program
- Examples of possible activities:
- “Run, Eat ‘nd Sleep”: two days of jogging, at 5-hour intervals
- “Survival Weekend”: Long distance trekking / trail running with minimal supply
- “Limitless Grind”: Personalized compilation of various activities and challenges in nature (regardless of season and weather)
- Time frame:
- Duration: between 16 and 48 hours (excl. travel time)
- Available on weekend (from Saturday to Sunday)
- Requirement for sign-up:
