    • “While They Sleep”: Intense night workouts
    • “Weather-Proof”: Interval training in heat, cold, rain, etc.
    • “Cold Exposure”: Controlled relaxation in ice-cold water
  • Duration: 1 hour (excl. travel), available 24/7
  • Requirement: completed analysis
