So you too can start with your newly sharpened mindset the next challenge: the Go Crazy – Grinds 

Are you crazy enough for this?

  • Full-day session with a tailor-made program
  • Examples of possible activities:
    • “Path of Greatest Resistance”: Hike on unconventional hiking routes, under special conditions
    • “Sprint to the top”: Under time pressure to the mountain summit – on foot and/or by bike
    • “Living Statue”: The mastery of self-discipline – Standing still for hours
  • Time frame:
    • Duration: between 6 and 24 hours (excl. travel time)
    • Available on weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
