After three successful Go Hard – Grinds, you’re ready to level up. With your sharpened mindset, you now face full-day challenges that force you to go far beyond what the average person would ever dare to attempt.

How it works:

  • Examples:
    • “Path of Maximum Resistance”: Hiking unconventional trails
    • “Sprint to the Summit”: Reaching a mountain peak under time pressure, by foot or bike
    • “Living Statue”: Pure discipline – standing still for hours
  • Duration: 6-24 hours (excl. travel), available on weekends
  • Requirement: 3 successfully completed Go Hard – Grinds
