Take control of yourself,
perform when it counts.

Pressure and emotions
block you

In crucial moments, whether in a competition, an exam, or a presentation, stress, nervousness, or emotions take over. Even though you know what to do, you can't stay calm and focused and perform at your best.

Your thoughts are blocking you

Self-doubt, negative thoughts, and constant rumination make you insecure. You overthink, question yourself, and consequently lose self-confidence, focus, and energy.

3 reasons that are holding you back:

Setbacks and stress
won't let go of you

Defeats, mistakes, crises, or injuries occupy your thoughts longer than necessary. You find it difficult to switch off, regenerate, and look ahead with renewed energy and confidence.

This is how we train your mental strength:

Thoughts, emotions, and behavior can be trained. In mental training, we analyze your situation together, identify mental blocks, and develop individual strategies to support you in remaining focused and able to act, even under pressure.

Use mental techniques effectively

We train techniques such as visualization, self-talk, reframing, and mental scripting. This allows you to prepare specifically for competitions, exams, presentations, or difficult situations.

Relax and regenerate

With breathing techniques, autogenic training or progressive muscle relaxation you learn to regulate tension, switch off faster and regenerate more effectively after exertion.

Strengthening focus and concentration

With attention regulation techniques, you learn to consciously direct your attention, reduce distractions, and stay focused even under pressure.

Regulating pressure and emotions

You will develop strategies for emotional regulation to cope with nervousness, stress, and fear of failure. This will allow you to remain calm and capable of acting even in crucial moments.

Recognizing stress patterns

We analyze which situations trigger stress, pressure, or insecurity for you. Through mindfulness and reflection exercises, you learn to recognize your reaction patterns early on, instead of reacting to them automatically.

Dealing with setbacks and crises

You develop strategies to deal constructively with mistakes, defeats, crises, or injuries. This strengthens your mental stability and your confidence in your own abilities.

Consciously control your thoughts

You will learn to recognize negative thought patterns, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs, and to change them through reframing. This will strengthen your self-confidence and help you develop helpful self-talk.

Anchoring mental techniques in everyday life

Together, we develop individual exercises and routines that you can use in everyday life, at work and in sports. This strengthens your self-regulation and self-efficacy and helps you tap into your potential in a targeted way.
We also train the mental techniques as part of resilience training. → Learn more about resilience training.

Mental training: Focus, self-regulation and performance under pressure

You already possess the knowledge, skills, and prerequisites. Nevertheless, you don't always manage to perform at your best when it matters most.

How we think, feel, and react physically influences our behavior and performance. Especially under stress, pressure, or in crucial moments, it can be difficult to maintain focus and access our full potential.

In mental training, you learn to perceive thoughts, emotions, and physical reactions more consciously and to regulate them intentionally. The goal is not to avoid unpleasant thoughts or feelings. The goal is to remain focused, capable of acting, and ready to perform, even under pressure.
