Mental development begins where it gets uncomfortable.

Learn more about me and my
mental coaching.

I am Nebi, founder of Mind-Craft, mental coach, consultant and passionate athlete.

I believe in excellence rather than perfectionism. Because personal growth begins where we are willing to accept challenges, leave our comfort zone, and learn from experience.

For me, mental strength means acting consciously even under pressure, dealing with resistance, and purposefully developing one's own potential.

I am convinced that every person possesses more potential than they realize in everyday life, work, or sports. Sometimes all it takes is new perspectives, the right impetus, and the courage to accept support.

"True mental strength is not about not showing weakness, but about consciously facing challenges and taking responsibility for one's own development."

"Mental strength also means accepting support."

Why I founded Mind-Craft

Discipline, willpower, and personal development have fascinated me for many years. I am convinced that mental strength is more important than ever in a world full of distractions – and that knowledge alone does not bring about change.

That's why I founded Mind-Craft. The idea behind it is not just to understand mental skills, but to train them through conscious application in everyday life, work, and sports. Challenges, mistakes, and uncertainties are all part of the growth process.

Mind-Craft is for people who take responsibility for their development and are not looking for quick fixes. My goal is to create a structured, non-judgmental framework in which sustainable change becomes possible.

Mental training based on practical experience, not just theory.

For me, credibility means not just conveying mental strength, but embodying it myself. That's why I regularly apply the methods and tools of mental training in my own daily life.

In strength, endurance, and combat sports, I experience how much mental factors shape performance, motivation, and how we deal with setbacks. Progress is just as much a part of it as doubt, resistance, and periods of low motivation.

These experiences help me to better understand the challenges my clients face. Because development rarely proceeds in a linear fashion, I support people in a practical and realistic way, with the awareness that sustainable change takes time and consistent action – with patience and courage.

How I work
with my clients

Everyone brings different experiences, goals, and challenges. Therefore, I don't believe in universally applicable approaches; I consider each development process individually. For me, mental development isn't a motivational program or a collection of helpful tips. It's a structured, systematic training process:

01

Analysis

We begin by establishing clarity. We analyze your current situation, identify challenges, and define the desired target behavior. Based on this, we develop an individual concept for your development process.

02

Planning

Development is a dynamic process. That's why we regularly review your progress, reflect on experiences, and specifically adapt mental techniques and training content. This ensures your development process remains effective and aligned with your personal goals.

03

Implementation

The training plan will be integrated into your daily routine step by step. I will accompany you during the implementation, support you with challenges, and be there for you with feedback, guidance, and expert knowledge.

04

Observation Adaptation

Development is a dynamic process. That's why we regularly review progress, reflect on experiences, and adapt techniques or training content as needed. This ensures your development process remains effective, transparent, and aligned with your goals.
